The Emperor’s New Clothes
The stark simplicity of The Emperor’s New Clothes series is deceptive. Once the viewer becomes aware of the metaphors incorporated within the pieces, an intricate and meaningful visual vocabulary emerges. The work is a critical commentary on the nature of psychiatric orthodoxy.
